Stress Healing



In our day to day life we more or less get attacked by stress directly or indirectly. A healthy life contains stress as low as possible. But main problem is that there is no significant reason for which these stresses are produced.May be we dont know when the stress will come or make disturb during our climate moment. But off course it is a good idea to manage this this stress which may be termed as stress management.
World wide lots of techniques are developed for stress management among which listening to some special mp3,meditation mp3 mostly common. In my point of view it is very difficult to manage mp3 players at any time or at that time when such players are not available.So better we should practice some concentrating techniques which is invariable for any kinds of situation, I mean we dont need to be dependent on external players.
Now a days different kinds of techniques for concentration are available in the net, such as zen meditation,tantric meditation,silva method etc.How ever I personally prefer a very effective and mind blowing techniques from ancient Chinese techniques such as Tai Chi meditation. Tutorial of adobe photoshop CS4 for Red Eye Correction

RED EYE REMOVAL
The digital camera flash is located right above the lens, which causes the “red-eye”; however, you can fix your photos easily in Photoshop. To remove the “red eye”, follow the steps below:
1. Open a photo you wish to correct.
2. Select the Zoom Tool from the Toolbox. Click and drag to draw a rectangle around the eye (Fig. 1).

3. Make sure your default Foreground and Background colors are black and white (Fig.2).

4. Click on the little black triangle of the Healing Brush Tool button and select the Red Eye Tool. (Fig 3).

     5. Click on the red and paint, holding down the mouse button. You will see how the red will disappear (Fig. 4).
